Let me introduce myself: My name is Michaela and I am a native Italian with German mother tongue since I grew up in the north in South Tyrol, more precisely in the capital Bolzano/Bozen. Eight years ago, my life decision brought me to Albania/Tirana where I first dealt with the language and learned it. Besides, I was interested in customs, traditions and culture and soon found my way into the tourism industry, where I have been working for more than five years.
The different scenery of the country between mountains, lakes and sea, the variety of colors, traditions, peoples, religions and habits made the country a second home for me, which I learned to love so much.

My name is Eglant and I grew up in the most beautiful and lively place in the world (for me), Tirana. Immediately afterwards comes Bielefeld, where I spent two years. I am a realistic optimist and am always looking for new experiences.
In tourism I have found my passion, an area that inspires me and that I never get bored of. The greatest thing is to show the guests my home country Albania with its traditions and facets. My special passion is the outdoor area with hiking, biking and many other possibilities that Albania offers. It is great when my hobby and my work fit together. Every guest will notice this from my shining eyes when I explore the most remote places and winding paths with you.
By the way, I develop my IT skills by working on our TravelApp Albania – after all, my father is an electrician.

My name is Ivi Xhufka, I spent most of my childhood in Germany. As a native Albanian, my home country, Albania, has always been my greatest passion. So, after school I turned my back on Germany. My career began as a group manager of the German speaking countries in one of the biggest travel agencies. With time I specialized in the profession of a tour guide. Since a few years I have been working as a freelance certified tour guide. At Naccon-Syscom I am responsible for tourism and of course I am also on the road as a tour guide.
